Great amenities. Very helpful staff.

Everything was perfect from the very beginning.

Perfectly clean, good value hotel, the location was excellant just next door to a semi-suburban sea of motorways, the autoroute and les Galeries de la capital. The atmosphere created was family. The room was new-fashioned with whirlpool, the staff where amicable, did everything. A microwave oven and fridges were a plus.

We loved budget rooms with whirlpool and the staff were very pleasant and consistently courteous.

It was updated, tidy and with 4 beds.

Breakfast was acceptable, but there was no breakfast room. You sat on the lobby furniture and there was only disposable crockery!

A spacious, very clean room with a large bathroom. The breakfast was very good and rich.

The breakfast room is too cramped when the hotel is full.

This hotel was perfect for shopping in Quebec City with fantastic value for money. The staff was friendly, patient, and bilingual . Always check out the 24/7 coffee, tea, and juice bar before heading out.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great bathroom, nice breakfast with "real dishes", very nice and helpful staff, free shuttle bus to downtown (must be ordered at the reception), around the clock in the lobby a coffee machine (latte, cappuccino) and a juice machine are available. We can recommend this hotel without reservation.

Bathroom. No bathtub and sink was blocked.

The family suite was spacious and comfy, and we loved the heated pool. We explored the Old Port and Montmorency Falls, both amazing spots. Just a heads up, breakfast can get busy. Still, this place is awesome for a group getaway.

One downside was a past guest's issue with bed bugs. Definitely makes you think twice about cleanliness.

Very friendly and helpful reception. Well-equipped rooms. Everything's very clean. Washing machine, dryer and even detergent are available free of charge. Fast WiFi. Nice breakfast. Water, fruit juices and coffee are available in the lobby 24 hours a day free of charge. Free parking at the hotel. 10 minutes by car to the city centre.
